Unique Features

  • At the Kindergarten level, we follow a play way approach to education. We adopt a child friendly approach to make learning lasting and enjoyable. English language is taught in the "PHONIC" method through various activities.

  • From Classes 1st to 12th we follow the unified syllabus of the Tamil Nadu Board. We provide additional CBSE text books up to class V. Students from class VI to class IX are encouraged to take up (optional) IIT foundation classes. NEET and JEE coaching (optional) is provided for higher secondary students by experienced faculties.

  • State of art smart class facility is available from LKG onwards. Hindi is taught as the third language from UKG.

  • Students are coached to take Prachar Sabha exams. It is to be noted that by class VIII, many students complete the Rashtra Basha exam.

  • Worksheets and assignments are given periodically to students. Students are encouraged to take seminar classes. Projects are given on a regular basis to enhance their understanding of subjects.

  • Enhancement of life skills is done on regular basis through the curriculum.

  • Learning support program is given to students who need extra help to cope with academics. "Our visiting faculty ", psychologist Mrs. Renu Nargunde from Mumbai (Learning support consultant), identifies students with learning disabilities and trains teachers to coach them appropriately.

  • All the children upto class five are encouraged to participate in Children's day Programs and it is a treat to watch EVERY CHILD exhibit his/her talent on stage. This is a great self confidence boosting experience for the child.

  • The various co-curricular activities in our school facilitate the all round development of the students and caters to their Physical, Social, Mental, Emotional, and Aesthetic development.

  • Our school provides Extracurricular activities such as Silambam, Keyboard, Drums, Chess, Classical dance, Rifle Shooting, Band, Scouts and Guides to the students.

  • 'RAFL Info Spark' is a three day event in school where every student from class IV to IX is involved in various activities like Dramatics, Exhibition, Puzzles, Beyond the Book projects, Food Mela, etc.. Parents are invited to spend a whole day for a unique 'Learning Experience'

  • The four Houses of the school represent four rivers of India - GANGA, YAMUNA, CAUVERY & BRAHMAPUTRA. Various competitions are held every Friday at different levels (like quiz, drawing, elocution, essay writing, etc..)
